Simcoe Composite School Registarion Iformation The first day of classes is First Tuesday of September , 2009 for the upcoming 2009-2010 school year. All students of Simcoe Composite School will be required to pre-register before the opening day of classes. Students registration will take place in the gymnasium from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m in August. Date to be Determined. Students may pre-register on any of the above days. ***All students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.*** The following items will be required: -- Doctor’s Name & Telephone Number -- Indication of Allergies and Health Problems -- Emergency Phone Number -- Lot and Concession Number (where applicable) -- 911 Emergency Number: (House Number + Street Name - please check this carefully) The following expenses may be incurred: Dudley Combination Lock $7.00 Student Activity Fee – all grades $30.00 (required to take part in any extra-curriculars) -includes planner for gr. 9 students -includes commencement fee for gr. 11 and 12 Student Planner (only 150 available for gr 10-12) $5.00 Physical Education Uniform: T-shirt $15.00 Shorts $15.00 Art Fees: any student taking an art course $10.00 Technology Fees:$15.00 Yearbooks $30.00 This process is intended to minimize the time needed to collect necessary administrative information and to ensure that the opening day of school will be as educationally productive as possible. Students who do not pre-register will not be issued a timetable until all the necessary registration documentation has been submitted.
